Boston Pizza in Salmon Arm

Great food but really expensive was taken there for my birthday, thank God, because I would not been able to afford to go.

Quality of food was very good, the staff were friendly, great presentation of the restaurant, kept clean and followed social distancing precautions. :))

We ordered the chicken/mushroom Fettuccini for take out... There was absolutely no flavor to anything. The noodles were soggy, and the chicken was the gross pressed meat. Super disappointing. If we had ordered in house, we definitely would have sent it back. Two bites in and it went right in the garbage.

They have a really great lunch menu food Came out fast and the server was friendly

Upon walking in there was a slight odor coming from the carpet smelling like urine.Also not impressed when using my credit card there was an automatic tip options 10, 15 % . I did NOT have the option of Not leaving any tip.Also afternoon waitresses were more interested in splitting tips at the end of their shift. 17:27:58Senior waitress had to remind 1 girl that she should take my payment. Even then she was more interested in the tip splitting, the running my tab.

In Salmon Arm for my sons basketball tournament. The manager was nice enough to sit all the players in one big table. Service was fast and the pizza we ordered was great.

Best food and prices in town!!! Plus the staff and service is always amazing!!!

Phoned in an order, picked it up, they had mixed up our all meat bites and oven roasted wings. Food still tasted superb tho!

We had an entire hockey team here and the servers were amazing. They kept everything organized and all of our food was great. No complaints!

BP has a shortened menu due to covid, but they had good selection on the menu. Staff were good, service was friendly and timely

Horrible food took way to long had to ask for cutlery ribs no sauce not browned garlic potatoes no flavour Caesar salad had no dressing.

We decided to give this franchise another chance after about 6 years since our last visit. Wish we would have gone somewhere else.It baffles me why this place seems to be so popular. I had a Big dipper and my wife had the chicken club...both were pretty much tactless with some very undercooked fries...also very expensive 18 ounce draught beer for $8..our last visit .

Great service. Love their seasonal selections as well as promos when they come out. They try everything out and its hit or miss but thats personal. Im just happy they give me choices all the time! Pizza is always good. Thin crust and 4 cheese/pepperoni are my favorite.

Boston Pizza is Always Busy ! Serves Yummy Food ! A Good variety of pizzas, pastas, salads and Drinks. Everything I have ordered was delicious ! Family oriented ! Birthday's and bigger Families Welcomed ! Can make reservations to make sure there is enough seats for a large party .

Unfortunately Billie was inattentive and slow. The food was standard Boston pizza. There was much to be desired from the whole experience.

I was here on a Friday during peak hours and it was decently busy. Yet the food came out in great time and at no time did anyone feel rushed. It was a friends birthday and so he got a free dessert. The food was good and enjoyed by everyone. The waitresses are friendly and probably enjoy very nice tips. It was not overly loud, but there was enough background noise that talking to people more than a seat away is difficult. I ordered the calamari, normally I would expect tzatziki sauce, but I received a chili flake mayo. Plus there were fried banana pepper rings in with the calamari. Overall it was spicy, but the calamari was cooked perfectly and was not rubbery which can often happen to calamari.Prices were reasonable, definitely a good price on the desserts and appies. My friend said it was one of the best cheesecakes he had ever had.Decent sized portions, you leave here full.This is a very popular place with people ages 16-25

Boston pizza is my old faithful when out of town

That place is fun to go out and have good time with some friends. I've always had great service and food. The servers are fantastic, not an easy job. It's a comfortable place and there is always some kind of sports playing on the big screens.

Honestly can't complain much, the food was your standard 4 our of 5, as was the service. I'm knocking off a star however because I was a bit disappointed that no discount was given to our Scout group. We got into town kind of late and there weren't a lot of options left open for dinner that night. I explained to the friendly server that we were a group of Scouts, on the road to a jamboree, only stopping over in town for one night, that we were trying to manage costs and that back home in Calgary, BP is always generous in supporting Scout functions with discounts. Honestly, we weren't looking for a lot here, This was easily our most expensive meal of 4 days on the road and we even limited the the kids to the cheaper menu options. Even not charging an arm and a leg for the sodas would have been appreciated.Regardless, decent eats and atmosphere.

One of my favourite places to eat, always consistent and great service

Well run Boston Pizza. Really liked the new guacamole appetizer and the pesto Caprese pizza. Kids enjoyed their meals as did my wife. Friendly service and clean washrooms.

Was stuck in traffic after an accident and decided to have dinner instead of sitting in my truck...so did everyone else! The staff did an amazing job while shorthanded accommodating the surge of people. Great food as well.

The chicken wings were to small but the service was good

I ordered the shrimp pasta and it was disgusting. It came with spaghetti noodles not fettuccine noodles which should be the noodles to use. It was cold and didn’t have any tastes. The side order of chicken legs weren’t that bad but they were not hot or very tasty. The garlic bread was dry and really cold really tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant for food. 😢😢😢😢🤬🤬🤬🤬

The bourbon chicken pizza was phenomenal!!!!!!!! This place is awesome and I highly recommend it

Typical boston pizza - has a bit of everything. We initially went to another place but B.C. laws are different with minors in pubs under the age of 19. This was the only place we found where adults could have an alcoholic beverage a companying a minor U19 at the table. Service was great for a busy saturday.

Very good pizza

Food was great, it was clean and enjoyable. The only issue was the waitress tried to lead us into the bar. I'm not into booze, I'm not into sports and I'm 65 and those high bar stools would have ruined my hips.

Boston Pizza isn't my first choice in a restaurant, but the service here was a pleasant experience. We received the incorrect order from the kitchen, but our server recognized that and remedied it on her own accord, which means that she was attentive to the situation.

Restaurant and sports lounge with good food and drink selection. Free parking. Off T.C.Hwy 1 Salmon Arm downtown west.

Tried the chain again, I find the pasta to be bland. Good for kids and picky eaters, however if you want good food and flavor go somewhere else for pasta.

We had an issue, and the manager himself fixed it by delivering our missing items personally in less than 5 minutes. Kudos to a well ran restaurant, with top notch management. Customer Service at it's finest.

Their yam fries were amazing...good family atmosphere, kid and group friendly. Lots of parking, hardly ever a wait to get a table. Service is alright, waited a while once to pay with a giftcard, the waitress didn't know how to process it and had to get a manger, who took some time to figure it out as well. But food was overall very good.
